Set of 3 Vintage Renwal Dollhouse Figures. Includes 2 no 44 (4.25") and one no 43 (4"). Definitely show age and use. See photos.
This set features three authentic Renwal dollhouse figures from the 1940s and 1950s, a period when the Renwal Manufacturing Company was a leader in producing 1:16 scale "three-quarters scale" hard plastic miniatures. The group includes one No. 43 "Mother" figure in a red suit and two No. 44 "Father" figures in blue suits. These figures were designed to be poseable, with jointed arms and legs that allow them to sit or stand within a vintage dollhouse setting. These pieces are frequently sought after to furnish vintage tin litho houses or for collectors of mid-century Americana toys.
As seen in the photos, these figures exhibit significant signs of age and play. There is notable paint loss, particularly on the faces and limbs, and one of the blue figures has a visible repair or bandage on the leg. These characteristic signs of wear are common for plastic toys of this era that were actively used by children.
These items are vintage, over 70 years old. They appear to be in distressed condition. In the unlikely event I missed a major flaw I would reach out prior to sending it.
