Vintage Royal Bayreuth Men's Ceramic Shoe. Measures 3 1/2" in height by 5" long. Very good condition. There is a sticker on one side that I didn't remove.

Add a unique piece of German porcelain history to your collection with this vintage Royal Bayreuth ceramic men's shoe. Royal Bayreuth is world-renowned for its whimsical "novelty" and figural wares, which were largely produced in Tettau, Germany, between the late 19th century and early 20th century. This specific piece is crafted to look like a well-worn leather high-top boot, complete with realistic leather-like texturing and hand-painted tan and brown tones.

Measuring 3 1/2" in height and 5" long, this figurine is part of the highly collectible shoe series that was popular for use as dresser trinket trays or unique toothpick holders. A standout feature of this item is the original twine laces, which are rare to find intact on these antique pieces. While most of these figural items were produced between 1890 and the 1920s, this copy remains in very good condition. Please note that there is a small sticker on one side that has not been removed.

This item is antique, over 100 years old. While it appears to be in very good condition, there is the possibility I may have missed a minor detail. In the unlikely event I missed a major flaw I would reach out prior to sending it.
